Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Customer Support Executive who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service while leveraging modern AI tools to improve efficiency, response times, and customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, experience supporting UK clients, and hands-on knowledge of AI-powered customer service platforms, CRM systems, and business automation tools.
Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Support
- Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and live chat.
- Resolve customer issues professionally and efficiently.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Escalate complex issues to relevant departments.
- Follow up on outstanding cases until resolution.
AI & Automation
- Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, Claude, or similar platforms to improve customer support operations.
- Create AI-powered response templates and knowledge base articles.
- Assist in developing automated workflows and customer support processes.
- Identify opportunities to reduce manual tasks using AI.
CRM Management
- Maintain accurate customer records.
- Update CRM systems with interactions and support activities.
- Generate reports on customer service performance.
- Monitor customer journeys and identify service improvements.
Client Relationship Management
- Build strong relationships with UK clients.
- Conduct customer onboarding sessions.
- Support account managers with client communications.
- Ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
Required SkillsEssential
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Minimum 3 years customer support experience.
- Experience supporting UK customers.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- CRM experience (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, Monday.com, etc.).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Understanding of AI tools and prompt writing.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred
- Experience in Property, Estate Agency, or PropTech industries.
- Knowledge of workflow automation tools.
- Experience with ticketing systems.
- Knowledge of AI-powered customer service platforms.
Pay: ₹13,438.19 - ₹39,439.09 per month
