We’re Hiring Inside Sales Executive:
Location: Pune
Experience:1–3 years
This role is focused on demand generation for our professional services offerings, and is ideal for someone who wants to build a strong foundation to move into a full sales role.
What this role actually involvesYour primary responsibility will be to identify and generate qualified leads for the sales team. This includes researching target accounts, reaching out through calls, emails, and LinkedIn, and creating initial interest in our offerings.
You will focus on opening conversations, understanding basic requirements, and setting up meetings for the sales team. You will not be responsible for running deep discovery conversations or closing deals at this stage.A typical week will involve prospecting, building outreach campaigns, following up with potential leads, and maintaining accurate records in the CRM.
You will work closely with the sales and marketing team to ensure a steady flow of qualified opportunities.
What we are looking for
1–3 years in inside sales or lead generation (IT/SaaS/automation preferred)Comfortable with outbound outreach and meeting pipeline targetsStrong communication and consistencyFamiliar with CRM tools (Zoho/HubSpot) and LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io or equivalent
