We are looking for a driven and result-oriented Business Development Executive to expand our real estate network across South India, focusing on client acquisition and builder partnerships.
The role involves generating quality leads, handling domestic and NRI clients, and connecting them with the right property opportunities, while coordinating with builders and internal teams for deal closure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new leads through digital platforms, referrals, and networking
- Identify and connect with potential clients across South India, including NRI clients
- Build and maintain relationships with real estate developers and builders
- Understand client requirements and align them with suitable projects
- Coordinate meetings and site visits between clients and builders/founder
- Drive business growth through strategic partnerships and channel development
