Job title : SITE ENGINEER

Salary Margin – ( 3-4LPA)
Responsibilities:
Monitoring of site and labor contractors.
Monitoring of work progress and daily reporting
Preparation of work progress report.
Control of non-conformities on site.
Ensuring instruments are properly used and are with status of calibration.
Track Project progress & produce regular weekly status reports.
Coordinate with all labor contractors to achieve continuous progress at site as per schedule.
Follow up with Client for pending decisions / drawings/structure specifications.
Communicate management decisions and information to Site subordinate staff.
Ensuring the workers safety at site and usage of safety equipment.
Implementation, follow up, and regular monitoring of implemented ISO system at site.
Coordination with the Quality Person for Quality related issues.
Coordinating Material Accountability at site.
Preparing site work measurements & certify them from client.
Submission of invoices as per client’s schedule.
Submission of documents related with supplied material (Invoices, challans, test reports, drawings, etc) to the office.
Preparing documentation for ISO Audit.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Site Engineer or similar role in the construction industry.
Site Engineer – Electrical (Preference to Diploma Holder engineers)
Proficient in Microsoft Office and construction software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project).
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with infrastructure & commercial projects.
Knowledge of local building codes and permitting processes.
Certification in site safety or construction management is a plus.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
