Manager – Business Development
SAS Powertech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and result-oriented professional for the role of Manager – Business Development to join our team.
Role Summary:
The role involves driving strategic client acquisition, expanding key accounts, strengthening corporate relationships, and building a process-driven Business Development system to support the company’s long-term growth across India.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing & managing structured Business Development systems for quality lead generation
- Converting business leads into commercial opportunities based on client requirements
- Building strong prospect pipelines through Business Development activities
- Managing digital marketing efforts to generate at least 60% leads through digital channels
- Optimizing Business Development processes & ensuring effective team utilization
- Creating documented and process-driven Business Development workflows
- Setting targets, reviewing team performance & driving minimum 30% conversion ratios
- Achieving minimum 30% YoY growth in Electrical Services offerings
- Planning quarterly Business Development budgets & lead acquisition costs
- Conducting regular team review meetings and quarterly performance discussions

✅ Preferred Profile:
- Experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, or Corporate Sales
- Exposure to Industrial Services, Electrical Services, Compliance, Facility Management, or Technical Consulting sectors preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation & relationship management skills
- Ability to build systems, processes, and scalable business strategies
