Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable, safety-conscious, and professional Company Driver to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the safe and timely transportation of personnel, visitors, and materials. The ideal candidate must possess an excellent driving record, deep knowledge of local traffic routes, and a highly professional demeanor.
Key Responsibilities
- Safe Transportation: Drive company personnel, corporate clients, or packages safely to specified destinations.
- Route Planning: Utilize GPS and navigation apps to choose optimal routes and avoid heavy traffic or delays.
- Vehicle Maintenance: Conduct daily pre-trip checks on oil, tire pressure, brakes, and fluid levels.
- Cleanliness: Maintain the interior and exterior cleanliness of the assigned company vehicle at all times.
- Compliance: Adhere strictly to all local traffic laws, speed limits, and company safety regulations.
- Logbook Management: Record trip timings, mileage, fuel consumption, and transit expenses accurately.
- Cargo Handling: Assist passengers with luggage and safely load or unload company goods.
- Incident Reporting: Report any mechanical issues, accidents, or traffic violations to management immediately.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent certificate.
- License: A valid and active driver's license appropriate for the specific vehicle class.
- Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of experience as a professional driver or corporate chauffeur.
- Driving Record: A clean driving history with zero recent traffic violations or major accidents.
- Navigation Skills: High proficiency using Google Maps, Waze, or dedicated GPS hardware.
- Physical Fitness: Ability to lift heavy objects or packages up to 20–25 kg when required.
- Soft Skills: Punctual, reliable, courteous, and capable of maintaining passenger confidentiality.
