Core Responsibilities
- Shipment Coordination: Track inbound and outbound air, sea, and land freight, resolving delays and providing status updates to clients.
- Customs Compliance: Ensure all import/export documentation meets local regulations and liaise with Qatar Customs and ports.
- Documentation: Verify and prepare shipping documents, invoices, and delivery orders.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with procurement, warehousing, sales, and transport teams for smooth supply chain operations.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: Typically requires 5 years of experience in freight forwarding, supply chain, or shipping operations.
- Local Knowledge: Familiarity with INCOTERMS, Qatar Customs regulations, and port/airport handling processes.
- Skills: Proficiency in ERP systems, MS Office, and excellent communication skills. Arabic and Hindi language skills are strong assets.
Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
