Job Description – HP Field Engineer
We are looking for a HP Field Engineer to provide onsite technical support for HP laptops, desktops, and printers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware & software issues.
- Install and configure Windows OS, drivers, and applications.
- Replace hardware parts (RAM, SSD/HDD, Keyboard, Battery, Display, etc.).
- Handle service tickets and meet SLA timelines.
- Provide onsite customer support and maintain service reports.
- Basic networking knowledge (LAN, DHCP, DNS, Domain Joining).
Requirements:
- Experience: 1+ Year
- Qualification: Any Graduate / Diploma
- Good knowledge of HP laptops/desktops, Windows OS, and hardware troubleshooting.
- Good communication and customer handling skills.
Location: Ghaziabad, Gurugram, Manesar, Noida, Delhi & Okhla.
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
