Sai Techno Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Junior Web Developer to join our growing development team. This role is ideal for freshers or candidates with up to 6 months of experience who have completed an internship and possess a strong foundation in web development technologies. The candidate should be eager to learn, capable of handling client interactions, and committed to delivering high-quality web solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing, testing, and maintaining responsive web applications and websites.
- Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements and gather necessary information.
- Provide regular project updates to clients and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Schedule and participate in client meetings to discuss project progress and requirements.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers and senior developers to implement functional and user-friendly web solutions.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize websites for performance and responsiveness.
- Maintain project documentation and update development progress regularly.
- Work closely with the team using version control and project collaboration tools.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- 0–6 months of experience in web development.
- Must have completed an internship with a reputed organization.
- Good understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients for requirement gathering and project updates.
- Familiarity with project collaboration and communication tools such as Figma, GitHub, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, etc.).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Tamil (Mandatory).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and work in a fast-paced environment.
