Technical Understanding: Leverage technical engineering background to dive into details, understand complexities, and bridge the gap between developers and stakeholders.
Suggest Solutions: proactively participate in technical discussions and propose efficient solutions to roadblocks.
5. Risk Management & Pro activity
Proactive Approach: Identify potential project risks early and develop mitigation strategies before they impact the timeline.
Address project issues in a timely and efficient manner, removing obstacles to ensure the team can work without disruption.
6. Team Leadership
Foster a collaborative and positive work environment.
