We are looking for an experienced and confident member to join our team for a versatile role covering CRM, telecalling, outdoor promotions & social media management.
Key Responsibilities:
* CRM & Customer Relationship Management
* Managing Promotional Outdoor Activities & Campaigns
* Social Media Management & Promotions
* Customer & Partner Coordination
Candidate Profile:
* Minimum 3 Years of Relevant Experience in the above-mentioned fields
* Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
* Confident in Customer & Partner interactions
* Comfortable handling Outdoor Promotional Activities
* Good understanding of Social Media & Digital Marketing
* Self-motivated, organised and target-oriented
* Ability to independently manage CRM, leads and follow-ups
