Job Title: Collections Executive
Location: Vastrapur, Ahmedabad
CTC: Gross Salary 30K Per Month
Age Criteria: Upto 35 Years
Experience: 5 to 7 years of experience as a Collections Executive in any Industry
Role Overview
The Collections Executive is responsible for monitoring outstanding receivables, following up with Sales Team for timely payments, resolving payment-related issues, and maintaining accurate collection records. The role requires close coordination with the Sales, Accounts and Dispatch teams to ensure healthy cash flow and strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
· Follow up with every Sales Executive for outstanding payments.
· Ensure timely collection of overdue invoices as per agreed credit terms.
· Co-ordinate with the Sales team to resolve payment disputes and collection issues.
· Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly collection reports.
· Update collection status and records in ERP/Excel.
· Send payment reminders through phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
· Escalate long-pending outstanding cases to management.
· Support month-end and year-end accounts receivable closing activities.
· Maintain professional relationships with customers while ensuring timely collections.
Key Requirements

· Experience with ERP systems.
· Ability to work under pressure and meet collection targets.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
