Responsibilities
- Contact job applicants through phone calls
- Explain job opportunities and answer candidate queries
- Follow up with interested candidates
- Coordinate with candidates until their joining process is completed
- Maintain basic records of candidate interactions
- Work closely with the recruitment team
Requirements
- Good communication skills
- Confidence in speaking on phone calls
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Basic knowledge of Hindi and English
