Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Facility Manager to oversee the administration, maintenance, and smooth operation of our office building. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in electrical maintenance, facility operations, vendor management, and office administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage overall facility operations and building maintenance.
- Oversee electrical systems, DG sets, UPS, and preventive maintenance.
- Coordinate with vendors, AMC partners, and contractors.
- Supervise housekeeping, security, and office support staff.
- Ensure compliance with safety and statutory regulations.
Qualifications & Experience
- ITI in Electrical (Mandatory); Diploma preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in facility management, electrical maintenance, or building operations.
