We are seeking an experienced Oracle Revenue Management and Billing (ORMB/E3) Consultant with 6–10 years of experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle Revenue & Billing solutions. The role involves working closely with business teams to design and deliver revenue management solutions.
- Participate in end-to-end implementation, upgrade, and support projects of Oracle ORMB/E3
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions
- Configure rate plans, pricing, billing, invoicing, and revenue management processes
- Work on billing lifecycle processes including invoice generation, payment processing, and collections
- Design and support data migration and conversion activities
- Develop and manage interfaces, integrations, and reporting
- Collaborate with technical teams for custom development and enhancements
- Perform unit testing, integration testing, and UAT support
- Provide production support and issue resolution
- Maintain documentation for configurations and processes
- Strong knowledge of:
- Oracle Revenue Management & Billing (ORMB / RMB / E3 platform)
- Billing, pricing, and revenue lifecycle processes
- Experience in:
- Configuration of rate schedules, pricing rules, and billing cycles
- Customer billing, invoicing, and account management
- Payment processing and collections modules
- Knowledge of:
- Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF)
- Data conversion and migration tools
- Familiarity with:
- SQL and PL/SQL
- Web services / APIs / integrations
- Experience in Oracle Utilities suite (CC&B, MDM, etc.)
- Knowledge of E3 architecture and implementation frameworks
- Exposure to cloud-based Oracle solutions
- Experience in Agile delivery methodologies
- Basic scripting or programming knowledge (Java preferred)
