Job description
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and design Hindi curriculum for different grade levels.
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assessments, and teaching resources.
- Align curriculum with board guidelines and academic standards.
- Review and update existing curriculum content regularly.
- Create engaging and interactive learning materials.
- Coordinate with teachers for effective curriculum implementation.
- Conduct teacher training and orientation sessions when required.
- Monitor curriculum effectiveness and recommend improvements.
- Ensure proper integration of grammar, literature, writing, and speaking skills.
- Support academic planning and yearly syllabus preparation.
- Maintain documentation of curriculum frameworks and academic resources.
