Key responsibilities:
Customer Engagement
- Greet and assist customers in-store.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
- Build long-term relationships to encourage repeat business.
->Product Knowledge
- Stay updated on product features, benefits, and promotions.
- Provide accurate information to customers to aid decision-making.
-> Store Operations
- Process transactions (billing, payments, returns).
- Maintain merchandising standards (arranging displays, stock replenishment).
- Track and report inventory levels.
-> Team Collaboration
- Coordinate with store managers and other sales staff.
- Share customer feedback to improve product offerings.
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
