We are looking for a highly motivated US Outbound Sales Specialist who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys building opportunities from scratch. You’ll own top-of-funnel sales activities, engage US-based prospects, and generate qualified meetings with decision-makers through strategic outreach.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive outbound prospecting through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and multi-channel outreach.
- Make 50+ high-quality cold calls daily targeting US-based prospects.
- Schedule 3+ qualified meetings per week with CXOs, VPs, and senior stakeholders.
- Create personalized outreach messages tailored to target accounts and buyer personas.
- Develop and execute structured follow-up and engagement sequences.
- Use AI-powered tools and automation to improve prospecting efficiency.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and track outreach performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to refine target audiences, messaging, and account lists.
- Identify opportunities to optimize outreach strategies and improve conversion rates.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience (mandatory) in outbound B2B sales, SDR, or business development roles.
- Prior experience selling technology, SaaS, AI, analytics, or data-driven solutions.
- Strong background in cold calling, LinkedIn prospecting, and email outreach campaigns.
- Excellent communication skills with confidence in engaging US-based prospects.
- Strong understanding of prospect research and creating effective conversation hooks.
- Hands-on experience with CRM and prospecting tools such as:
- LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Zoho CRM
- HubSpot or similar platforms
- Self-driven, disciplined, and highly target-oriented.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling to US clients and managing cross-time-zone communication.
- Background in fast-paced startup or sales development environments.
- Familiarity with AI, analytics, automation, or technology consulting solutions.
