Job Description – University Alliance Manager
The University Alliance Manager is responsible for establishing and managing partnerships between the company and universities/colleges to drive skill development, training programs, and industry collaborations. This role will focus on selling and implementing government-funded programs (NSDC, NASSCOM), OEM student programs (AWS, Microsoft, Cybersecurity, SAP, Project Management), and CSR-sponsored IT training initiatives for college students.
Location: Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, Uttar Pradesh, Gujarat, Rajasthan

Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Partnerships & Relationship Management • Develop and manage strong relationships with universities, colleges, and academic institutions. • Act as the primary liaison between the company, government skill initiatives (NSDC, State Skill Missions, DTE , ), and corporate sponsors. • Collaborate with university leadership, placement cells, and faculty to integrate industry certified programs into academic curricula.
2. Selling & Implementing Training Programs • Promote and sell government-backed training initiatives (NSDC, NASSCOM,SANKALP,PMKYV, SSC,MSDE), ensuring colleges and students benefit from subsidized learning opportunities. • Market and execute OEM-certified student programs (AWS, Microsoft, Cybersecurity, SAP, Project Management, etc.). • Drive enrollment for CSR-sponsored IT training programs in colleges, ensuring compliance with funding guidelines. • Create customized training packages based on industry trends and student career aspirations.
3. Industry-Academia Collaboration & Program Execution • Organize and manage skill-based training workshops, boot camps, and certification courses. • Work with university placement cells to align training programs with employability and career readiness.• Facilitate faculty development programs and train-the-trainer initiatives to ensure quality course delivery. • Coordinate internship and apprenticeship opportunities linked to sponsored training programs.
4. Business Development & Revenue Generation • Drive student enrollment numbers and program adoption across colleges. • Develop pricing models and financial proposals for fee-based training programs. • Identify and onboard corporate sponsors for IT training initiatives under CSR. • Track and report on sales performance, program success, and student outcomes.
5. Stakeholder Management & Compliance • Collaborate with internal teams (L&D, HR, Sales, and Marketing) to support program execution. • Ensure compliance with NSDC, NASSCOM, and OEM guidelines for funded and sponsored training programs. • Maintain accurate documentation, agreements, and program reports for audits and evaluations.
Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Education, IT, or a related field. • 5+ years of experience in university partnerships, skill development, or education sales. • Proven track record in selling and implementing skill-based training programs. • Experience with NSDC, NASSCOM, State Skill Missions, and OEM certification programs preferred. • Strong knowledge of IT training in areas like Cloud (AWS, Microsoft Azure), Cybersecurity, SAP, AI, and Data Science. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. • Ability to travel for university visits, sales meetings, and program execution.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience working with EdTech, IT training companies, or government skill development initiatives. • Understanding of CSR funding models for skill-based training. • Strong network with colleges, universities, and training institutions. • Ability to drive revenue through partnerships and student enrollments.
