Travel: Occasional travel to Chennai and client locations

The Opportunity
We are looking for a seasoned Transition Manager who brings strong experience in managing global business transitions, shared services operations, and transformation programs across Finance & Accounting and enterprise support functions.
This role is ideal for someone who has operated in complex enterprise environments, understands both consulting and delivery ecosystems, and can confidently engage with senior stakeholders while driving operational execution.
The successful candidate will have hands-on experience managing large-scale transitions, process migrations, governance models, and operational transformation initiatives across multiple geographies.

Key ResponsibilitiesTransition & Program Management
- Lead end-to-end transition engagements from due diligence through stabilization and BAU handover
- Drive transition governance, planning, risk management, resource coordination, and delivery tracking
- Manage process migration activities including KT plans, SOPs, SLAs, KPIs, readiness reviews, and hypercare
- Ensure smooth execution across multiple workstreams and stakeholders
Transformation & Process Excellence
- Drive process transformation and standardisation initiatives across enterprise operations
- Identify opportunities for operational optimisation, automation, and service improvement
- Support implementation of scalable shared service and global delivery models
- Design reporting structures, governance dashboards, and performance frameworks
Stakeholder & Client Engagement
- Engage confidently with client leadership, operations teams, and cross-functional stakeholders
- Conduct governance reviews, steering committee updates, and operational reviews
- Build trusted relationships while ensuring delivery excellence and stakeholder alignment
Shared Services & Operations
- Support setup, transition, and stabilisation of shared services operations
- Partner with delivery teams to ensure operational readiness and process compliance
- Drive continuous improvement and operational maturity initiatives
