Key Responsibilities:
✔ Partner with business leaders to drive HR strategies and organizational goals
✔ Manage employee relations, performance management, and engagement initiatives
✔ Support talent acquisition, onboarding, and workforce planning
✔ Ensure HR policies, compliance, and best practices are effectively implemented
✔ Drive employee development and retention programs
What We're Looking For:
4+ years of HR Generalist/HRBP experience
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Experience in employee engagement, performance management, and HR operations
Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
Location: Mumbai / Surat
