Job Title: Telemarketing Executive
Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telemarketing Executive to join our team. The role involves contacting potential and existing customers over the phone to promote products/services, generate leads, and close sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided data.
- Explain products or services clearly and effectively.
- Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Handle inbound calls and customer inquiries when required.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, and outcomes.
- Follow up with interested prospects to close deals.
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.
- Handle customer objections professionally and provide appropriate solutions.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for campaign updates.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service (preferred).
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Good command of Hindi/English (regional language is a plus).
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
