To expand our footprint in the massive Noida garment hub, we are looking for a relentless, high-energy Field Marketing Executive who isn't afraid to hit the ground running.
Job Summary:
This is not a desk job or a digital marketing role. You will be the face of our company on the ground in Noida. Your primary responsibility will be "door-to-door" B2B marketing—visiting garment factories, export houses, and sampling units daily. You will navigate past factory gates to put our lace sample catalogs directly into the hands of Fabric Merchants, Sourcing Managers, and Design Heads.
Key Responsibilities:
- Daily Field Visits: Conduct rigorous, door-to-door factory visits across Noida’s garment clusters (Sector 57-64 and Hosiery Complex).
- Lead Generation: Identify prospective garment exporters, find the right contact persons, and build a database of Sourcing Managers, Merchandisers, and Fashion Designers.
- Sample & Catalog Distribution: Pitch our dual-range lace collection (Cotton/Crochet & Chemical/Nylon), hand over physical swatch books, and explain our customization and manufacturing capabilities.
- Follow-up & Relationship Building: Maintain regular contact with factory sampling departments to ensure our laces are selected for upcoming fashion seasons.
- Reporting: Keep a daily log of factories visited, feedback received on lace designs, and follow-up requirements.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in B2B field sales, door-to-door marketing, or business development. Experience in the textile, garment, yarn, trims, or fabric industry is a massive plus.
- Local Knowledge: Thoroughly familiar with Noida’s industrial geography (especially Sector 63, 58, and Phase-2 Hosiery Complex).
- Conveyance: Must own a two-wheeler (scooter/motorcycle) and have a valid driving license for daily commuting between factories.
- Skills: Excellent face-to-face communication, strong convincing power, persistence, and a professional, presentable personality.
- Language: Fluent in Hindi; working knowledge of English (to interact with senior sourcing managers).
