Key Responsibilities
- Board Administration: Organize board and annual general meetings (AGMs), prepare agendas, distribute materials, and record accurate minutes. [1, 2]
- Corporate Governance: Advise the board of directors on their legal duties, ethical practices, and corporate governance best practices. [1, 2]
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure timely filing of annual reports, accounts, and statutory documents with relevant government registries. [1, 2]
- Statutory Record Keeping: Maintain official company registers, including shareholder records, director details, and the transfer of shares. [1, 2]
- Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate clear communication between the company, its shareholders, and external auditors. [1, 2]
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Professional Certification: Qualified professional designation or certification relevant to corporate law and governance (such as membership with the Institute of Company Secretaries of India or equivalent international bodies).
- Legal Knowledge: Deep understanding of corporate laws, securities regulations, and local filing requirements.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for high-level advisory and board interactions.
- Attention to Detail: High precision in maintaining legal documents, registers, and compliance calendars
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
