Job Description
We are looking for a skilled ERP QA Tester / Manual Test Engineer to join our team in Delhi. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in ERP application testing, manual testing, API testing, SQL, and defect tracking. Candidates with experience in testing HRMS, Payroll, CRM, Inventory, Finance, or other ERP modules will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform Manual Testing of ERP web applications.
- Design and execute Test Cases, Test Scenarios, and Test Plans.
- Conduct Functional, Regression, Smoke, Sanity, Integration, and UAT Testing.
- Validate business workflows across different ERP modules.
- Perform API Testing using Postman.
- Execute SQL queries for database validation.
- Report, track, and verify defects using JIRA or similar bug-tracking tools.
- Collaborate with Developers, Business Analysts, and Product Managers to resolve issues.
- Prepare testing reports and maintain QA documentation.
- Ensure high-quality software before production release.
Required Skills
- 2–4 years of experience in Manual Testing or ERP QA Testing.
- Strong knowledge of SDLC and STLC.
- Hands-on experience in Functional, Regression, Integration, and UAT Testing.
- Knowledge of API Testing using Postman.
- Basic knowledge of SQL for database validation.
- Experience with JIRA or other defect-tracking tools.
- Good understanding of ERP workflows and business processes.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in ERP applications such as HRMS, Payroll, Finance, Inventory, CRM, Purchase, or similar modules.
- Basic knowledge of Selenium or Automation Testing will be an added advantage.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
