We are seeking a dynamic and organized individual to handle both business development activities and office administrative responsibilities. The role requires a proactive approach to generating leads, building client relationships, and ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations.
Key Responsibilities:Business Development (Primary Role):
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, and networking
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and presentations
- Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
- Conduct market research to identify new trends and opportunities
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Coordinate with marketing team for campaigns and lead generation
Office Administration:
- Manage daily office operations and ensure smooth workflow
- Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls professionally
- Maintain records, files, and documentation
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, and appointments
- Assist in HR and basic accounting support activities
- Manage office supplies and vendor coordination
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in business development and/or administration
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools is an advantage
- Ability to work independently and in a team

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
