1. Power System Check
· Verify power output of all amplifiers.
· Record readings and compare with standard values.
· Check for any fluctuations or abnormalities.
2. Cable Inspection
· Inspect all input and output RF cables.
· Check for losses, physical damage, or loose connections.
· Replace or repair faulty cables if required.
3. Air Conditioning (AC) Maintenance
· Ensure all AC units are functioning properly.
· Clean filters and check cooling performance.
· Verify temperature control within equipment room.
4. Software Verification
· Update and verify all system software.
· Ensure proper functioning of applications (VISION4CE, MESG, VMS CLIENT, SPECTRO-X5, IQC 5000B,VSA SOFTWARE).
· Check for any system errors or warnings.
5. RF Equipment Check
· Verify performance of:
· Spectrum Analyzer
· Signal Generator
· Confirm calibration status and accuracy.
6. Power Supply Inspection
· Check all power supply units.
· Ensure stable voltage and proper grounding.
7. Junction Box Inspection
· Inspect all junction boxes for proper connections.
· Ensure no moisture, dust, or loose wiring.
8. Industrial PC & Backup Check
· Verify working conditions of industrial PCs.
9. Switch and Hub Verification
· Check switches and hubs for proper operation.
10. Pan-Tilt Unit Maintenance
· Inspect pan-tilt mechanism for smooth movement.
· Apply proper greasing to moving parts.
· Check for rusting or corrosion and clean if required.
· Ensure all bolts, joints, and mounts are secure.
· Verify proper alignment and operation.
11. Lightning Arrester Maintenance
· Inspect lightning arrester for any physical damage or wear.
