Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Retail Sales Executive to drive sales of pre-owned vehicles through auction platforms at Shriram Automall India Limited. The role involves engaging with individual buyers and dealers, explaining auction processes, and ensuring a seamless buying experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell pre-owned vehicles through physical and digital auction channels
- Assist customers in registration, bidding, and post-auction processes
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, brokers, and retail buyers
- Provide accurate information on vehicle condition, pricing trends, and market demand
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth
- Coordinate with operations and yard teams to ensure smooth vehicle display and delivery
- Stay updated on automobile market trends and competitor activities
Skills & Requirements:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Basic knowledge of automobiles and vehicle valuation is preferred
- Sales-driven mindset with customer-centric approach
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment
- Familiarity with digital platforms and online auctions is an added advantage
Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹31,070.07 per month
