Job Summary
Planning Labs is looking for a highly energetic and motivated Field Sales Executive to help generate new business opportunities for our Events, Digital Marketing, Branding, and Creative Services division.
This is a field-focused role where the candidate will be expected to:
- visit businesses and offices
- generate leads
- pitch services
- schedule meetings
- build local business connections
The ideal candidate should be confident in communication, comfortable with on-ground sales, and eager to grow in the marketing and events industry.
Responsibilities
- Visit businesses, brands, offices, and commercial areas to generate leads
- Pitch company services including:
- Digital Marketing
- Social Media
- Events & Activations
- Branding & Creative Services
- Conduct follow-up calls and coordinate meetings
- Maintain daily reporting of visits and leads
- Build and maintain client relationships
- Coordinate with internal BD and operations team
Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with field work and client interaction
- Basic understanding of sales and marketing
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
- Ability to work independently
- Two-wheeler preferred but not mandatory
Experience
- Fresher or experienced candidates can apply
- Prior sales/marketing experience is an advantage
Salary
₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
