Job Responsibilities
- Generate business opportunities and increase sales of flat glass products.
- Meet and develop relationships with builders, contractors, architects, consultants, fabricators, and dealers.
- Identify and acquire new customers and projects.
- Follow up on enquiries and convert leads into orders.
- Conduct market visits and gather information on upcoming projects.
- Maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business.
- Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, order processing, and deliveries.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Prepare regular sales reports and market intelligence updates.
Candidate Profile
- 3 to 6 years of experience in Business Development, Project Sales, or B2B Sales.
- Experience in glass, aluminium, façade, building materials, construction materials, hardware, sanitaryware, paints, plywood, ACP, or related industries preferred.
- Strong network among builders, contractors, architects, and dealers in Ahmedabad and nearby regions.
- Good communication, negotiation, and client acquisition skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively for field sales activities.
- Valid driving license and own vehicle preferred.
