Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a US Voice Process (Mandatory)
- Prior International Inbound Voice Process experience preferred
- Strong verbal communication and customer service skills
- Ability to resolve customer queries accurately and efficiently
- Professional, courteous, and customer-focused approach
Other Details
- US Night Shift: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM (DST)
- 5-day rotational work week (Sunday is a working day)
- Salary: ₹17,000 – ₹21,000 per month
- Immediate joiners preferred

- Laptop/Desktop (Windows OS only – No Chromebook/Linux)
- Minimum 20 Mbps wired internet connection
- Wired headset with clear audio quality
- Quiet and distraction-free workspace
- Stable power supply and internet connectivity
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
