Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive (Client Acquisition) located in Bhubaneswar. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating qualified leads, acquiring new clients, and building long-term business relationships. The role involves market research, client communication, proposal preparation, negotiations, and collaboration with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify new business leads through various channels
- Identify and pursue new client acquisition opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and business documentation
- Coordinate with recruitment and delivery teams to fulfill client requirements
- Negotiate contracts and close business deals
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Experience in IT Staffing, Recruitment, or Software Services preferred
- Knowledge of LinkedIn lead generation, email outreach, and CRM tools
- Ability to build and manage client relationships effectively
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented mindset
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field
