Oak Haven Service Apartments – BTM Layout, Bengaluru is looking for a Front Office Executive to join our team.
Location: BTM Layout, Bengaluru
Working Hours: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM Position: Front Office Executive – Night Shift
Key Responsibilities
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs Attend to guest queries and requests Manage front desk operations during the night Handle calls, bookings and guest coordination Maintain guest records and daily reports Ensure a smooth and pleasant guest experience
Candidate Requirements
✅ ✅ Candidates residing near BTM Layout preferred✅ Must be comfortable working the 6 PM – 6 AM night shift✅ Good communication and interpersonal skills✅ Responsible and customer-service oriented✅ Previous experience in hotels, service apartments or front office operations is an advantage
Accommodation will NOT be provided.Preference will be given to candidates who can conveniently commute to BTM Layout, especially during night hours.
