Key Responsibilities
Package Sales: Design and sell customized domestic and international tour packages based on client budgets and preferences.
Ticketing: Handle end-to-end flight, train, and bus bookings with accuracy.
Customer Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, changes, and travel-related issues.
Documentation: Assist clients with visa requirements, travel insurance, and documentation.
Coordination: Liaise with vendors, hotels, and tour operators to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Required Skills 2-3 years of experience in a travel agency or similar role. Strong knowledge of ticketing processes and booking portals.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi/Punjabi.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple bookings simultaneously. Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer operations.
Job Details Location: Industrial Area Phase 2, Chandigarh (Onsite role).
Employment Type: Full-time.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
