Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Operator to accurately input, update, and maintain company data in various systems and databases. The ideal candidate should possess excellent typing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter, update, and verify data in company databases and software systems.
- Review source documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain records and files in both electronic and physical formats.
- Perform regular data quality checks to identify and correct errors.
- Generate reports and summaries as required by management.
- Coordinate with different departments to obtain missing or updated information.
Required Qualifications
- Any Basic Degree.
- Proven experience in data entry
- Fast and accurate typing skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and data management software.
- Basic knowledge of office procedures and record-keeping.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
