Job Summary
The Sales Executive is responsible for promoting LABe healthcare services, generating new memberships, building relationships with customers, and achieving assigned sales targets. The role requires field visits, lead generation, customer engagement, follow-ups, and daily reporting.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development
- Promote LABe Health Membership Cards and healthcare services.
- Generate leads through field visits, referrals, events, and campaigns.
- Meet potential customers and explain the benefits of LABe services.
- Convert leads into memberships and service bookings.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets assigned by management.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Customer Engagement
- Conduct product and service presentations.
- Address customer queries and provide accurate information.
- Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the enrollment process.
- Collect customer feedback and share insights with management.
Reporting & Documentation
- Submit daily activity and sales reports.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Update customer information in company records.
- Participate in daily and weekly review meetings.
Market Development
- Identify new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Develop relationships with local communities, associations, pharmacies, clinics, and healthcare professionals.
- Participate in promotional activities, camps, and awareness programs organized by the company.
Required Qualifications
- Intermediate / Degree in any discipline.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
- Experience in sales, marketing, insurance, healthcare, or FMCG sales will be an added advantage.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to convince and negotiate effectively.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Monthly membership card sales.
- Number of leads generated.
- Lead-to-conversion ratio.
- Daily customer meetings.
- Revenue contribution.
- Timely submission of reports.
Working Hours
- As per company policy and assigned territory requirements.
Compensation
- Fixed Salary + Performance Incentives.
- Travel Allowance (as applicable).
