Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Interior Supervisor to oversee interior fit-out and furniture installation projects. The candidate will be responsible for managing site activities, coordinating with clients and contractors, ensuring quality standards, and completing projects within the scheduled timeline.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise interior fit-out and modular furniture installation works.
- Coordinate with designers, production, and installation teams.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion.
- Ensure quality workmanship and adherence to company standards.
- Manage site manpower and subcontractors.
- Handle client interactions and resolve site issues.
- Prepare daily work progress reports.
- Ensure workplace safety and cleanliness.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in interior execution.
- Knowledge of modular furniture installation.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to read drawings and coordinate execution.
Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Malappuram, Kerala
