Looking for a dynamic and experienced Civil Engineer who will be responsible for supervising and ensuring proper execution of all civil and finishing works related to landscape projects across residential, commercial, and corporate buildings. The candidate will coordinate with site teams, contractors, vendors, architects, consultants, and clients to ensure timely, quality-driven, and technically accurate execution of landscape finishing works.
Position: Civil Engineer – Landscape Finishing Works
Location: Mumbai
Industry: Landscaping / Infrastructure / Building Finishing Works.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise and monitor execution of landscape-related civil works at projectsites.
* Ensure proper finishing and execution of:
* Pathways & paving works
* Kerb stones* Water features
* Decking* Retaining walls
* Planter finishing irrigation civil works
* Pergolas & outdoor structures
* Hardscape finishing works
* Read and interpret drawings, BOQs, and site layouts.
* Coordinate with architects, consultants,ad project managers.
* Ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications.
* Prepare daily progress reports and site execution updates.
* Monitor labour productivity and contractor performance.
* Ensure timely completion of work within approved budgets.
* Maintain site safety and discipline standards.
* Conduct material checking and quantity verification at site.
Desired Candidate Profile* Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering.
* Experience in landscaping, finishing works, hardscape execution, or building exterior works preferred.
* Strong knowledge of site execution and finishing quality standards.
* Ability to handle multiple sites and teams.
* Good communication and coordination skills.
* Knowledge of AutoCAD, BOQ reading, and site measurements preferred.
* Candidate should be willing to travel across project sites in Mumbai and nearby regions.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
