About the role
We are looking for an IT Systems Engineer to own and continuously improve our modern workplace and IT infrastructure. This is a hands-on role covering identity and access management, cloud productivity platforms, endpoint management, IT security, automation, and L2 technical support.
You will be responsible for keeping our IT environment secure, reliable, scalable, and easy to use, while identifying opportunities to automate processes and improve the employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and administer our workplace environment, including Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, JumpCloud, and Entra ID.

Manage Identity & Access Management, including user lifecycle, SSO, MFA, permissions, and access controls.

Manage endpoint infrastructure, including device provisioning, configuration, security, and compliance.

Administer corporate domains and DNS, including SPF, DKIM, and DMARC.

Maintain and improve email security and authentication.

Build and maintain IT automations and integrations using n8n, APIs, webhooks, and bots.

Design and implement infrastructure improvements, with a focus on security, reliability, and scalability.

Provide L2 technical support, troubleshooting complex issues across users, devices, applications, and IT systems.

Maintain clear documentation and proactively identify opportunities to improve IT operations.
Requirements

Experience in a Systems Engineer, Systems Administrator, Infrastructure Engineer, or similar role.

Strong experience with cloud-based IT environments and SaaS administration.

Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Entra ID, JumpCloud, or similar platforms.

Good understanding of identity, authentication, DNS, networking, and email security.

Experience with endpoint management and troubleshooting.

Familiarity with automation, APIs, scripting, or workflow tools such as n8n.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

Security-minded, detail-oriented, and comfortable taking ownership of systems.
Nice to have:

Experience integrating SaaS platforms through APIs and webhooks.

Experience with endpoint security, networking, or cloud infrastructure.

Relevant Microsoft, Google, CompTIA, or other IT certifications.
