Job Summary We are looking for a professional, well-organized, and friendly Receptionist to manage front desk operations and provide administrative support. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to handle visitors, calls, and office coordination efficiently. Key Responsibilities Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and guests in a professional manner. Handle front desk operations and maintain the reception area. Maintain visitor records. Provide administrative and clerical support to various departments. Maintain office records, files, and documents. office supplies management, and general office coordination. Support in Administration activities as required. Required Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Strong interpersonal and customeservice skills. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Ability to multitask and work under pressure. Good organizational and time-management skills. Eligibility Criteria Bachelor's degree (Graduation) in any field from a recognized university. 1-3 years of experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Executive, or in a similar role. Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Gujarati will be preferred.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
