We are looking for experienced Junior & Senior Quantity Surveyors for Government Infrastructure Projects including Storm Water Drain (SWD), Underground Sewerage System (UGSS), Pipeline Works, OHT, Roads & Civil Infrastructure Projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare BOQ, quantity take-off, rate analysis, and cost estimation.
- Prepare and verify client bills, subcontractor bills, and RA bills.
- Quantity calculation for SWD, UGSS, pipeline, OHT, road works & civil structures.
- Monitor project quantities, variations, and extra items.
- Coordinate with site engineers and project teams for measurement verification.
- Maintain billing records, measurement sheets, and project documentation.
- Support tender preparation and cost control activities.
- Ensure accuracy in quantity measurements and project cost tracking.
Requirements:
- Diploma / B.E Civil Engineering qualification preferred.
- Experience in Government Infrastructure Projects is mandatory.
- Knowledge in SWD, UGSS, Pipeline, OHT & Road projects preferred.
- AutoCAD and MS Excel knowledge required.
- Good understanding of BOQ, IS codes, and billing procedures.
