Non-technical Finance/Commerce graduate with 6+ years of work (AM) 10+ years (M)

Should be a high achiever, with continual career development including hands-on rigorous process improvement experience

Job Responsibilities
1) AM/Manager would be for responsible for supervising the overall team managing daily/recurring AR activities
2) All activities should be handled basis contractual SLAs agreed with the client. Turnaround time (TAT) and Accuracy being key SLAs
3) Ensuring SLA compliance on all deliverables
4) Arranging periodic trainings for staff on changes in accounting policies and procedures as well as customer specific changes
5) Periodic calls and meetings with client to discuss SLA compliance and ongoing plans to improve processes
6) Manage end to end delivery of all accounting processes
