Job Responsibilities:
* Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents.
* Follow up on inquiries and leads generated through campaigns or walk-ins.
* Clearly explain course offerings, benefits, and career opportunities to students.
* Schedule counseling appointments and ensure timely follow-ups.
* Maintain accurate call records, reports, and CRM entries.
* Achieve monthly admission and conversion .
Key Skills & Competencies:
* Excellent communication skills in Hindi, English.
* Strong convincing and interpersonal abilities.
* Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools, internet usage).
* A proactive, target-driven, and customer-focused attitude.
* Ability to handle pressure and deliver results within deadlines.
