Job Summary
We are looking for an Account Assistant to support day-to-day accounting operations. The candidate will be responsible for bill and expense booking, TDS-related activities, maintaining financial records, and assisting with taxation and accounting processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Record and maintain daily accounting transactions.
- Handle bill and expense booking accurately.
- Assist in TDS calculations, deductions, and related documentation.
- Prepare and maintain accounting records and reports.
- Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies.
- Coordinate with internal departments and vendors for accounting requirements.
- Ensure compliance with accounting and taxation regulations.
- Maintain data in Tally or other accounting software.
Required Qualifications

- Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounts.
- Knowledge of Accounting and Taxation.
- Proficiency in Tally or similar Accounting Software.
- Good communication skills in Hindi, English, and Gujarati.
Preferred Skills
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good analytical and numerical skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work independently.
- Experience in handling GST and TDS-related work will be an advantage.
Salary
₹22,000 – ₹25,000 Gross per month

Key Deliverables: Bill Booking, Expense Booking, TDS Compliance.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
