Job Title: Quality Analyst
Location: Salt Lake, Kolkata

Shift Timings: 600am to 3:00pm (Monday to Saturday)
8:00am to 5:00pm(Monday to Saturday)
3:00pm to 12:00am(Monday to Saturday) Drop facility will be provided for this shift.
We are hiring for a Call Quality Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor, evaluate and auditing inbound and outbound calls.
- Identify areas for improvement and provide feedback.
- Maintain quality assurance standards and compliance.
- Prepare call analysis reports and share insights with the management.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a similar role (1-2 years preferred).
- Fluency in English is mandatory
- Strong listening skills.
- Proficiency in Excel & Word.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach.
