About the Role
Transglobal Solar is hiring passionate and target-driven professionals for the role of Australian B2C Solar Sales Executive.
This is an exciting opportunity to work in the rapidly growing renewable energy sector, handling residential solar sales for the Australian market. The role is completely office-based and focused on inbound and outbound sales communication with customers across Australia.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls for residential solar customers in Australia
- Understand customer energy requirements and recommend suitable solar solutions
- Explain solar systems, battery solutions, rebates, pricing, and savings benefits
- Close sales deals and consistently achieve monthly revenue targets
- Maintain regular follow-ups with potential customers and warm leads
- Update and manage customer records accurately in CRM systems
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and customer support
- Deliver excellent customer experience throughout the sales journey
Candidate Requirements
- Experience in Australian Sales or International BPO/KPO process preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to handle sales targets and pressure-driven environment
- Confident personality with excellent customer-handling abilities
- Basic CRM and computer knowledge
- Experience in Solar Sales will be an added advantage
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply
