Territory Sales Manager
Location: Calicut
Salary: ₹45,000 – ₹55,000 per month
Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Territory Sales Manager to drive business development activities within the assigned territory. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strong customer relationships, and contributing to revenue growth through regular market engagement and field activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow business operations within the assigned territory.
- Identify and approach potential customers through field visits, networking, referrals, and other lead generation activities.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Conduct customer meetings and presentations to explain company offerings and understand client requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely service delivery and effective customer support.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback within the assigned region.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and business opportunities.
- Prepare regular territory performance reports and provide valuable market insights to the management team.
- Achieve assigned revenue targets and contribute to the overall growth of the territory.
- Support customer retention initiatives through regular follow-ups and relationship management.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in sales, business development, territory management, or customer acquisition.
- Experience in industries such as insurance, real estate, membership sales, retail sales, or related sectors will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of field sales, territory management, and customer engagement practices.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as required.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven with a strong focus on achieving business goals.
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
