Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the site.
- Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, designs, and specifications.
- Monitor progress and coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and labor teams.
- Interpret engineering drawings and provide technical guidance to site workers.
- Resolve technical issues and site-related problems during construction.
- Ensure proper implementation of structural, architectural, and MEP works.
- Conduct site checks, measurements, and testing as required.
- Maintain quality records, inspection reports, and documentation.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, project managers, and clients.
- Attend site meetings and provide updates on project status.
- Ensure smooth communication among all stakeholders involved in the project.
- Implement and monitor health and safety regulations at the site.
- Manage site equipment, tools, and manpower efficiently.
- Track construction progress against project schedules and milestones.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Assist in planning and updating project timelines.
- Maintain site records, drawings, permits, and correspondence.
- Update as-built drawings and construction documentation.
- Ensure all site activities are properly documented for future reference.
- Identify construction challenges and propose practical solutions.
- Make quick decisions to minimize delays and maintain workflow.
- Ensure project objectives are achieved within time and budget constraints.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
