3D visualizers bring the architect’s ideas to life, taking plans, architectural illustrations, and other reference materials and using these to produce photo-realistic 3D images or animations of proposed buildings and developments. As a Sr 3D visualizer, you’ll need to be both creative and technically-minded, in order to model prospective buildings that will both function well and look good.

Responsibilities

Work on Architectural 3D Modelling,Texturing, Lighting, Camera animation, Landscaping, and Rendering on Walk-through projects

Proficient in 3Ds Max, V-ray, Corona, AutoCAD, Photoshop, After effect and Other Plugin & special effects software
-
Create Architectural renderings and animations for Exterior projects.

Maintain productivity and quality targets.

Work with the team on projects and ensure that they are produced on time.

Follow design guidelines and asset naming conventions.

Must have excellent proficiency in Post-production for still images.

Must have very good knowledge of Architectural design principles.

Flexible to work for extra time, if required
Qualification

Any bachelor's degree

Ambitious individual with a desire to excel.

Work closely as a team player within the modelling team.

Excellent knowledge to understand of the requirement of lighting as per the Shots.

Should have a good understanding of colour, contrast, detail, and good lighting principles when creating materials and lighting.

Should be committed to work and targets should be achieved on time.

Effective time management and organizational skills

Excellent eye for detail & creative thinking.

Ability to work on multiple projects.

Stay updated with the latest software trends in the market.
