We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Field Executive with experience in the PP, PET, Copper, Aluminum, and Brass Scrap industry. The candidate will be responsible for conducting market research, identifying new business opportunities, coordinating with vendors and suppliers, and supporting procurement and sales activities through regular field visits.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular market visits to gather information on PP, PET, Copper, Aluminum, and Brass Scrap markets.
- Identify and develop new suppliers, vendors, traders, and business partners.
- Perform market research on scrap availability, pricing trends, demand, and competitor activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, recyclers, and scrap dealers.
- Coordinate with existing vendors regarding material availability, quality, pricing, and dispatch schedules.
- Search for and onboard new parties/vendors to expand the company's sourcing network.
- Collect market intelligence and provide regular reports on market conditions and business opportunities.
- Assist in negotiating rates and commercial terms with suppliers and vendors.
- Verify material quality and quantities during field inspections when required.
- Coordinate with internal teams for procurement, logistics, and documentation.
- Ensure timely follow-up with vendors and maintain accurate records of meetings and market visits.
- Achieve assigned business development and procurement targets.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in PP, PET, Copper, Aluminum, Brass Scrap, or Recycling Industry.
- Strong understanding of scrap procurement and market dynamics.
- Experience in field marketing, vendor management, or procurement activities.
- Ability to travel extensively for market visits and vendor meetings.
- Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and reporting tools is preferred.
- Must possess a valid two-wheeler driving license and be willing to travel locally.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
